CHT Series High Inlet Temperature Dryers

Cool, dry and clean compressed air supply in one compact unit. The CHT Series replaces a separate aftercooler, separator, dryer and filter. The CHT Series is ideal for autobody shops, auto service centers, commercial and industrial facilities with 5 to 30 horsepower compressors.

CHT SERIES AIR DRYERS ARE DESIGNED AND BUILT TO RUN RELIABLY FOR YEARS

• Heat Exchangers – extremely high efficiency is created through helix flow paths in counter flow arrangement, saturated inlet air is pre-cooled by outgoing chilled air, which is simultaneously reheated as it leaves the dryer, smooth internal surface resists fouling for minimum pressure dro p no prefilter required
• Refrigeration System – self regulating control valve maintains precise cooling temperature for maximum moisture separation, never needs adjustment for load, ambient or seasonal changes, no freeze ups, fan switch allows operation in low ambient (35ºF, 2ºC) saving energy at low loads, hermetically sealed system prevents leaks, comes with overload protection for adverse conditions
• Separator – two-stage multiple layer design removes condensed water and oil aerosols over a wide range of flows, also removes particles down to 3 micron

• Automatic Drain – zero air loss design saves energy, only operates when necessary, automatically discharges water and oil from dryer, non-clogging discharge port
